我舅舅几年前上厕所腹部剧痛外加严重便秘（他之前一直以为是痔疮发作）人都到医院了排队做肠镜的时候突然肚子不疼了于是没有坚持做肠镜。两年后就查出肠癌晚期，没熬过第三年走了。家人都非常懊恼那次没有坚持让他做完肠镜。

sometimes good sometimes bad... visited GI specialist and he asked me to choose between doing another colonoscopy or continuing observing... still hesitating now

it's not for one-time use... but they would clean it after using...said to be safe

做了肠镜应该就可以排除最严重的后果了，别的检查可以等等再做。
请问你这两年饮食和习惯有改变吗？比如有没有忌口辣椒，冷饮？生活习惯是否规律？是否熬夜？是不是这些都做到了但是还是时好时坏？

I also did a lot other tests.. all results negative... I visited GI specialist for twice but was never given a conclusion

my symptoms came after I took some antibiotics... I don't know whether they are related...

and I realized my bowel movement would be normal if I ate a lot for dinner the day before... really don't know whether I should do a 2nd colonoscopy since the last one I did was 1.5 years ago

那上午做下午能上班吗？还是整天都晕乎乎的？我拔牙全麻过，上午做的，下午就清醒了。不知道肠镜的麻药持续多久？？

I felt very sick after the colonoscopy due to the 麻药... feeling very nauseous and vomited a few times after that... but generally got well the next day

我觉得你没必要马上再去做肠镜，你应该下狠心把生活习惯调整一下，然后观察是不是仍然如此。比如在美国要想不喝冷饮，的确比较难，但是只要下定决心，还是可以克服的。你应该是轻度的肠炎，这是个慢性病，必要靠改变生活习惯来医治的，吃药没用的。

I also did test for 肠炎 and it was negative... I started regular exercise recently and hope it would help... I may wait for another 2 months T T

As for your case, I would say doing a colonoscopy can reassure you without any serious conditions... you will feel relieved after doing that... the colonoscopy just takes 2 days for everything

应该要不了这么贵吧，国内的无痛肠镜我看到才1000RMB.
