I looked up the webster dictionary (www.webster.com) and found no such meaning for "wang".

Okay, you're right. But "wang" is okay to be used as a surname. No one will say he is A wang!!
This is what I googled:
Wang is a royalty rank and a surname in China and Korea. Wang is also a slang term for the penis. The actual meaning of wang when used in conversation is largely contextual, for example. "I have a large wang" refers to a penis. The State of Florida is unofficially known as America's Wang, due to it being a peninsula.
