Position:  Statistical Analyst, CRM

Reports to: Manager or Director of CRM Analytics

In this role, you will be required to develop, maintain and enhance statistical models to help generate profitable incremental sales in marketing. Leverage state-of-the-art data mining tools and modeling techniques.  Prepare documentation for developed models and provide analysis support for business strategies. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

1.       Develop, maintain and enhance statistical models to help generate profitable incremental sales in marketing. 

2.       Develop profitable customer contact management strategies.

3.       Help orchestrate multi-channel go-to-market programs.

4.       Manage tactical segmentation schemes to help improve customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.

5.       Perform  timely ad hoc analytics projects  to support business initiatives

Minimum Requirement:

·        MS or MA in Mathematics, Statistics, economics or other related fields with emphasis in quantitative methods.

·        Excellent technical and analytical skills – familiarity with multivariate statistical analysis including regression, regression tree, logistic regression, cluster analysis and ANOVA.

·        Knowledge of CHAID, CART or other data mining packages

·        Proficiency in SAS, SQL, SAS Macros and other programming and analytical tools - ability to perform statistical analysis on large datasets

·        1 – 3 years prior professional data mining or modeling experience (in disciplines such as credit scoring, financial services marketing, portfolio risk analytics) is a plus,  new graduates are welcome to apply

·        Ability to work in a team environment
