大学生的学生贷款和助学金很大一部分是来自教育部的，不论私立大学还是公立大学都不同程度依赖这个资金来源来补贴上大学的费用，这个会影响到很多来自中低收入家庭的在校大学生和今年正在申请的高中生。以后大学教育会变得越来越像有钱人的奢侈品了，想通过教育改变命运会变得越来越不可能了。
