我也遇到过这几个问题

第一个，大概就是问time management，set priority, plan schedule, task difficulty, communication, talk to your manager and co-workers....

第二个，也没什么ideas...我答的也不好

第三个，要研究一下job具体的要求和公司的background，发展方向，答案就往这上面靠。说些 i want to use my engineering XXXX skill to bring value in your company, through hardworking...最后提一下want to gain rise inside the company,可能给人感觉有点上进心
