"我今年30岁。在美国一所名校拿到PHD后现在在一家大公司的研究部门工作。没有结婚，
也没有女朋友。
最近我被医生诊断得了glaucoma (青光眼，I am not sure in chinese), vision 已经受
到一些影响。 Now I start to use eye drops. I did some study by myself.
Glaucoma can eventually leads to blind. It can happen in several years or tens
of years. I am still so young, so the chance for me to get blind is very
large. The doctor told me the same thing.

I am so sad. I am so young and had many wonderful dreams before. Now it seems
that I have no chance to realize those dreams anymore. I can not sleep and can
not concentrate on my work. I really do not know what I should do? Should I
go back to China? My parents are old. I dare not tell them the truth and let
them worry about me. If I go back to China, what kind of job can I take? I
only know research before.
