用只看楼主的功能看了所有回复，好难过。楼主真是又聪明又善良的人，祝福你们一家！
我有一点不太明白，可能我脑筋转不过来，为什么不是楼主是payee，换成妈妈就可以不扣钱了呢？写的凡是给老婆的给娃的也都会被减除啊？还是这个clause本来就不合理?
We will reduce Your Disability benefit by the amount of all Other Income that was actually paid to You for the same disability for which You are claiming the benefits under this certificate. Other Income includes the following:
- any disability for You, Your Spouse or child(ren) under:
- Federal Social Security Act
谢谢楼主的详细回复，明白了。确实如果写 We will reduce Your Disability benefit by the amount of all Other Income that was actually paid to You，Your Spouse，or Your Child(ren) for the same disability .我也读着就觉得很无语。可是原本的写法，我这样的就不会反应过来有不对的地方，还感觉人家给你娓娓道来什么样的算在这些会扣出的income里。大概一些客服级别的，也深信不疑觉得你的怀疑不对。
