大家都是从哪里来的信息, 哪个位置好,价格合适?刚来没什么认识的人, 月底得找好地方. 有点无从下手的感觉.而且一签lease就是1年, 不爽很麻烦的. 是不是要下班到处转悠的...

找个代理带着你看。我们当时就是这样的，是公司relocation package的一部分。
no relocation package, how stupid i was, i told them that my husband is here so i need to be w/ him. then they know no matter what i need to come over here, then they do not provide relocation fee. but anyway, i did not spend a lot on this.
so, no way for agent lah
btw, the price here is so high, $1100-1500 for 1-br apt.
dare to think about buying house. my friend just bought a house in chicago, $400k, 2800 sqft. but here, the same price, will only get a condo w/ about 1600 sqft, the cheapest
