We almost got every rebate back. It is very important that you read the terms on the rebate form (there are always tricks and date limitations...) and do as instructed and also always keep a copy of everything you submitted. Do call them after 1 month or so to check the status of your rebates. And sometimes if they lost your documents, they will ask you to resubmit. So far we have good experience with Officemax, Staples, Circuit City... We even got back all the rebates from the cell phone deal from very notorious online vendors. Remember that this is your money and you deserve to get them back. Call them and always ask their names and tell them you will make record of your conversation. For bigger amount of rebate, use Certified Mail to send the documents and keep the receipt.
