单说第一个，多少个咱们日常认识的 gay 不是sexually active的？差不多都是吧？也许高中生除外？
highest infection rate 可能是对AIDS/HIV rates generally speaking，可能gays 在这些城市rates更高但是非gay 也更高吧，不过还是gay 的更高的离谱（因为再高的城市也不会1 out of 5的正常人都有aids), 这就很说明问题了啊。
