lzmm, I guess you won't win the dispute through paypal in this case, because this is not an ebay transaction, no such 'not as described' protection for buyer. not to mention if you sent it as personal payment owed, no way to dispute it use the reasons you have. you should solve it through 'exchange board', because it went through by default under ' exchange board policy'. sorry I cannot type Chinese, it is just outrageous to see a seller like this.
