我不明白这个UP TO是什么意思?我在原来公司的房租是$1000每月. 如果我现在租个$2000的房子的话, 现在的房租只比以前的高了$1000，那我还能拿到$1,500的rental subsidy吗? 还是只能拿到$1000?

如果拿不到$1500每月的rental subsidy，那如果我租个$2600的房子（新房子，可以住好点)，现在的房子比以前的高了$1600， 我是不是就可以拿到$1500 的 rental subsidy呢?

（2） 这个net of tax，是不是指的我拿到手的是税后的钱呢?

“The Rental Subsidy is paid in 12 monthly payments (net of tax) through Payroll. Payment will commence upon submission of your previous and current lease agreements and upon occupancy of your new principal residence in the new work location to XXX.”
