中英双语人事经理 HR ManagerResponsibilities
· Conducts ongoing information and training sessions on a variety of HR topics.
· Provides leadership in creating an energizing and productive culture, in cultivating firm’s values, and in making firm a great place to work.
· Develops a pipeline of candidates for the firm.
· Assists in all aspects of onboarding and orientation of new team members, and plays a lead role in coordinating and facilitating the internal transfer and reassignment process.
· Creates a recruiting experience that delivers firm’s employment brand, connecting the right people to the right roles within the organization.
· Ensures implementation of and compliance with Firm’s HR policies, procedures, and initiatives, and monitors compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.
· Implements and executes proactive positive Imployee relations initiatives.
· Counsels hiring managers regarding hiring practices and procedures and ensures compliance and understanding of EEO, hiring, and compensation guidelines.
· Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
· 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources, previous
automobile industry experience strongly preferred;
· Recent, relevant experience with full-cycle recruiting
· BA/BS in HR or SHRM-PC preferred
· Thorough knowledge of applicable local, state and federal employment law;
· Ability to handle multiple priorities, make decisions, and resolve conflicts;
· Excellent communication and presentations skills. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization;
· Ability to Plan, organize and control all activities of the HR department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems;
· Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and
services performed.
· Bilingual English/Chinese preferred, but not required
Responsibilities· Responsible for the offices, culture, and management at the firm.
· Create a culture of positivity and consistent learning/development for the admin team and larger organization
· Take strategic and tactic directions from management regarding events, office culture/morale, development and office operations
Requirements
· 3+ years of experience in administrative service type roles (including executive support, administrative professional, office manager, etc.)
· Natural leader and strong communicator (with admin team and with senior management) who isn't afraid to get his/her hands dirty with the rest of the admin team
· A positive attitude and the ability/willingness to work with ambiguity
· Bilingual English/Chinese preferred, but not required
