我倒是也想让大陆生意人好好反思一下为什么做个中餐馆都不如人什么时候能反省而不是还瞧不上別人做成功的品牌。口味环境 :服务质量档次，处处都拼不过。

上海的不怎么排队或者说排队也就和大多数餐馆差不多这里开爆只能说营销水平高就好比面包店85度就比生计面包生意好，其实论口味两家差不多

I agree 85 c breads and cakes are just so so. But simply look at what kinds of peoepl 85 c hired to work and those at 生計，the reasons are obvious why one is much more successful than the other one.

鼎泰丰的卫生条件在中餐馆里算顶尖的，菜又很清淡家常，是招回头客的那种餐馆。

They are going to open a new one about 20 mins from work in a few months. Me and my coworker cant wait to go there for lunch. We just hope that the wait will not be so horrendous as in other locations.

这话说的...我看到在排的都是华人面孔，听到的中文不要太多。

我还真觉得好吃，比在纽约，温哥华吃过那么多家的更好。如果多些人想的和你一样就好了，我就不需等那么久啦。

La 的第一家就是做中国人生意开始的。Then eventually they started to open new locations in big malls and have become mainstream. Kudo to them.

I don't like 王兴记. I recommended this place to another Chinese co-worker thinking maybe it was just me. He and his family went there but they didn't like it either. We all prefer Ding Tai Feng.
