Have both Roku and Fire TV. Roku only can use their channel, not too much Chinese resource. FireTV can sideload normal android app, comparable with most Chinese apps. Also can install Kodi and support AirPlay like Apple TV. But recently fireTV force to use their own home screen which makes difficult to access third party app. Never have Apple TV. The hardware spec is not that good. Also everything need through iTunes which will limit the third party resource.
