取消驾照上的没用，registry 不更新的，而医院以registry 为准
如果以前登记过，一定要取消要取消registry 的
器官移植机构极其aggressive.

看了楼内大妈的回复，从内心里感到悲哀。器官移植在美国每人挽救几百上千人的生命，你们一个新闻标题就把成千上万的医生护士飞行员司机社区工作者的工作否定了。国内器官移植开展不起来就是因为你们这样的大妈！传播这些负面新闻之前，能不能把文章读完整？能不能了解一下前因后果？
不否认下面做事的医护工作者是很多有良知的人，但美国的医疗和医保系统是从上到下rotten，是capital driven，我开玩笑和一个医生朋友说，你们这行业怎么回事，能不能改革，对方笑笑说，我们是既得利益者，为什么要改

在各种organ procurement organization 都取消当然是最保险的，chatgpt说的这些是取消的同时也可以考虑做的事，这些option不能代替去器官组织取消，不能指望这些option，但做了也不会hurt 自己的权益吧 。
以前有个港剧刑事侦缉档案第一集就是一个医生为了能搞好几个移植手术，不抢救一位病人致死了，很多剧本都是源于生活，看到现在爆出来的新闻，医疗系统有外人看不到的黑暗
