我家孩子也是IEP 看到project 2025就立马查了对special ed funding的影响 我们州是这样的：

the federal government promised to pay 40 percent of the excess cost of special education (that is, the cost above what it costs to educate a student without a disability). Unfortunately, that never happened. 😂

过去几十年fed只提供了10-20%的funding 主要还是靠地方财政 然后是州里拨款 最后才是fed
