请教搬新家house warming party / 给邻居送礼物？

刚搬新家， 开party邀请邻居的话都很多小孩子都没打疫苗， 有covid的考量。 也有可能请了人家压根不来。所以我们不特别倾向于开party。
查了下貌似也可以邻居送礼物， 比如gift basket, 或者花束。 我家住一条 长长的 cul-de-sac， 上面有12家， 是每家都给么？ 还是只用给比较近的， 外加自己家backyard相对的那一家？backyard相对的那家偏偏又是个特别豪的房子，zillow 上能看到光房子就是11000 sqft， 十几个bathroom， 也不知道给个小礼物人家理睬不理睬。。
还请大家给些意见，谢谢！
应该是搬来的人收礼物 比如饼干篮子之类的小东西 就是welcome你一下
但是我看LZ的文字 LZ是想买点东西送邻居们？
