妈妈明年5月绿卡5年（年龄70+）， 但是在nj住了超过5年， 中间没有回国。

我给她申请了NJ Medicaid，也就是"NJ FamilyCare"， 收到Email拒信， 让申请“Get Covered New Jersey", 是因为绿卡不到5年吗？还没收到邮件打印拒信。

“You submitted an application for health coverage with NJ FamilyCare. You have been sent a letter regarding your eligibility for NJ FamilyCare coverage. That letter contains information about your eligibility determination and your right to appeal. Based on that result, your application was transferred to Get Covered New Jersey where you can shop, compare, and choose health insurance coverage that fits your family’s needs. You may be eligible for financial help with premiums and other costs. Financial help includes Advance Premium Tax Credits (APTC), NJ Health Plan Savings (NJHPS), and Cost Sharing Reductions (CSR).”
