青梅MM,你那里有LOCAL店的话,可以先试下给他们卖钱包的柜台打个电话,把接电话的人的名字先记下来,然后说你有个GIFT有质量问题,但没有GIFT RECEIPT,记得描述颜色特征,现在想换,店里没有的话想要STORE CREDIT,让对方把你的名字记下来,再跟她约好时间去找她。
这也是没有办法的办法了。一般大店服务都很好的,Good luck!

其实这一开始卖家态度还是不错的,也愿意退,就是买家太当顾客是上帝了,说实话我在各大网站退东西还没碰到先退钱后退货的事,如果这点风险都不肯承担,不太适合在换版买东西的。不过后来卖家的态度也不太好,明显故意为难买家,要买家道歉+24号必需到,也有点过了。
大家各退一步,买家先退货,卖家也不要买家道歉了,都在气头上说的话都不见得好听,然后算帮买家一个忙去saks退退看(如果过了30天,看看能不能退个storecredit?)
