回头查了下我留的有限的几个google 1 star review, 都幸存着呢. 最近的是给一个泰餐馆，我打电话问他们订了位，生日宴一帮人去了居然没位，当然1星了。老板居然写了比我长一倍的回帖驳斥我，说我没有礼貌等等。哈哈，真没品。

we always appreciate valuable feedback. However, in this particular case you should be completely ashamed of yourself.

As I kindly told you on the phone we don’t take reservations and there is not a guarantee that we will be able to seat you on the busiest holiday week of the year. I absolutely did not tell you ‘no problem’ so please don’t exaggerate and lie in your review.

It’s almost unfathomable to me that a grown person will take the time to sit down and SELFISHLY INSULT a successful and highly regarded restaurant with a one star review just because you personally couldn't get seated. As you witnessed we were completely full with an approximate 45 minute wait for a table.

We appreciate that you brought a birthday party to our restaurant, that tells us that you thought highly of our food and you wanted to come back. Thank you for that.

As all of our first time and loyal returning customers know, we are a true, authentic Thai restaurant, and we make every single delicious dish from scratch, handmade at the time it is ordered. It is not fast food.

Lastly, When you showed up to the restaurant you were very rude and oddly confrontational.

We are a peaceful dining establishment and your absence will give more room for our new, loyal and happy customers. We thank you for that!

REPLY TO REPLY - Originally, I wasn’t going to reply to your disparaging comments, but decided that I needed to let the public know the truth. I see you made some changes to your original post. We are NOT arrogant, just protecting our business from the untruth.

It’s not just us but it’s all business owners, and we will no longer stand for people saying anything that they want and get away with it. We stand by our original reply to your original post and we are confident in our product and presentation.

To answer your question, how can we stay in business? We have been in business for 12 successful years and we work very hard and do our BEST for our wonderful customers and we always will.
