Elvitegravir/cobicistat/tenofovir alafenamide/emtricitabine—only for patients with pre-antiretroviral therapy CrCl ≥30 mL/min

Elvitegravir/cobicistat/tenofovir disoproxil fumarate/emtricitabine—only for patients with pre- antiretroviral therapy CrCl >70 mL/min
Raltegravir plus tenofovir/emtricitabinea




Protease Inhibitor-Based Regimen:

Darunavir/ritonavir plus tenofovir disoproxil fumarate/emtricitabinea

What's the patient's current CD4 count?

To prevent opportunity infection (if the patient's current CD4 count is above 200 cells/mm3)
