nod nod nod yah!

we bought a 11-year old, and the seller did a lot of cosmetics work before selling the house, hah, at first sight, it's like new! But after the heavy rains due to the huriccane we found some watermarks in the unfinished basement, and it's because the front door's frame on the front brick siding was almost rotten away except the surface, so after the seller put new paint on it, even the inspector didn't find out :-( you guys remember to do good sealing anywhere you could think of ah!!!

//sigh, poor first-time buyer, didn't know where to look...don't know whereelse would go wrong, but ld said he didn't regret to buy a house 'coz that's a must in our life time, right? :(

the seller's agent may not know, who knows yah. at least my agent didn't help us identify anything. I won't recommend her to anyone else, hengheng, no-rabate-service didn't feel so good either :(

then 2/3 rebate from the commission? heihei~

why the builders I asked only directly deal with agent, i.e. you have to have an agent to represent you...
