2，河南该农村地区，确实几乎都是因为卖血造成的。吴尊友通报：全国范围统计的超过99%，是注射毒品和性传播。但高耀洁坚持全国主要是卖血造成的，并频频在海外发言，与吴尊友唱对台戏。事实证明，吴尊友是对的。

王在视频里，春秋话术，加强印象地多次只说高耀洁“坚持真理”，虽然提到了一句说数据矛盾，但，故意没说卫生部的99%数据才是真实的事实。

对于卖血事件的发生时间节点，视频只轻轻带过地提到199x末期才发现，是潜伏较长时间后的”发病“，但故意不明确说，卖血事件的发生时间是198x末和199x初。在话术语境上，诱导观众误以为是199x底发生的。

不否认高耀洁在农村卖血事件上的个体贡献，但其心态还是有很大的缺陷瑕疵。

将个别农村基层工作人员的渎职操作，扩大为整个政策错误，就过分了。

专家介绍，目前国家无偿献血主要分采集全血和成分血两种情况，其中捐献血浆属于采集成分血的范畴。血浆捐献是利用全自动成分血采集设备，经离心机分离，采集人体血液中的血浆部分，而将红细胞、白细胞、血小板等回输给捐献者的采集过程。捐献血浆需要到固定献血屋利用专门的仪器设备采集，根据最新版《献血浆须知》，两次献血浆间隔不得少于14天，一年内累计献血浆次数不得超过24次。每次献血浆量不得超过600克（含抗凝剂）。

How long does donating plasma take? Donations are made using an apheresis (automated blood collection) process, and take 45-50 minutes.

How often can I donate plasma? You can donate plasma every four weeks. However, there is a limit to only 12 plasma donations each year.
