还是有过先例的：

• Between 2001 and 2007, Republicans controlled at certain points all three branches while President George W. Bush occupied the White House. GOP control was interrupted between 2001 and 2003, as the Senate majority flipped to the Democrats as one senator switched his party affiliation, one senator died, and when the 2002 midterm elections shifted control of the upper chamber.

• From 1961-1969, Democrats controlled all three branches during the administrations of Presidents John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson.

• The 83rd Congress (1953-1955), during the presidency of Republican Dwight D. Eisenhower, saw the deaths of nine senators and the resignation of one. These changes shifted the balance of power in the Senate with each new replacement, according to the U.S. Senate website. When Republicans held the Senate majority during those years, all branches of government were under Republican-control, as the party also held the White House and Supreme Court.

• From 1937-1945, Democrats controlled all three branches of government during the administrations of Presidents Franklin D. Roosevelt and Harry S. Truman.

• And from 1927-1933, Republicans controlled all three branches of the government when Presidents Calvin Coolidge and Herbert Hoover occupied the White House.

1921-1923:

President: Warren G. Harding (Republican) was elected president in 1920 and served from 1921 until his death in 1923.

Senate: The Republicans controlled the Senate from 1919 to 1931.

House of Representatives: The Republicans also controlled the House of Representatives from 1919 to 1931.

Supreme Court: During Harding's presidency, he appointed Chief Justice William H. Taft, who had been president from 1909 to 1913. Harding also appointed three other justices to the Supreme Court, significantly increasing the Republican influence on the Court.

1929–1933:

President: Herbert Hoover became the 31st president of the United States in March 1929. He was a Republican, and his presidency lasted until 1933.

Senate: The Republican Party controlled the Senate from 1925 to 1931. This meant that the GOP held the majority in the Senate during Hoover’s presidency for a significant portion of the time.

House of Representatives: The Republicans controlled the House of Representatives from 1921 to 1931. Therefore, during most of Hoover’s presidency, the Republicans maintained control of both the Senate and the House.

Supreme Court: By the time Hoover took office, the Supreme Court was already under significant Republican influence, with a majority of justices appointed by Republican presidents. During Hoover's time in office, he appointed four justices to the Supreme Court, further cementing Republican dominance in the judiciary.
