My suggestion is go to control panel/regional and language options/advance,It is 199 M total. I guess it probablly because my operating system is english, but the password has some chinese words. Although I can browse chinese, but sometimes if the file name includes Chinese, then the computer fails to open. I have to change them to english words. I guess the password is the same thing. But I don't know how to solve it.
Anybody has any suggestions?
select language for non-unicode programs, a chinese language option you will find in the pull down
menu. Later on, You can change it back to previous language by same procedures. Your windows will
re-start each time you make this change.
