i have been w/ T-mobile for over 5 years, and I love it so far. Most customer service personal are very nice. I agree there are a few were bad from time to time. But i think their over all rating are pretty good.

oh, plus i have no excuse to complain anymore since my company are paying for my cell now, hehe
