I dislike baidu and had close arguments with them before. However, this case, I don't believe the family and the patient blindly believed baidu's search result. They couldn't find a more creditable hospital and treatment. They just took a gamble. Now they lost.

I don't know the case of jordan. I know the recent case of iphone. A chinese company registered iphone in china as their brand of wallets/bags. Apple sued the chinese company, but lost. I don't find a problem with the ruling.
