你打电话到paypal一定可以dispute的。。。just make sure that you state conditions in the message box

If you sent the money through personal-payment owned, I don't think you can dispute it.

how about calling them up for unauthorized transaction? basically, you can use all kinds of ways to get your money back, but u have to make sure that the item is returned properly to the shipper.
