I just want to say No. 4 is 100% right for some 'people'. I have seen a old couple. They always come to US for surgeries, although they have very good benefit in China. Their daughter has three one million+ houses in US. They have two expensive condos in lu jia zui of Shanghai. They never pay any medical bills in US.
