买个满意的炒菜铁锅真不易

我就想买一口炒菜纯铁锅,不要碳钢锅,氧化铁锅什么的,在看王源吉,臻三环,章丘,还有Riverlight,前两天有deal买了王源吉,刚开箱,包装做得很精美,黑黑的纯铁锅也很喜欢,但是锅里外都有龟壳一样的细纹,像裂缝一样,正常吗?做菜那不是都渗进去了吗,以后会不会越裂越大啊
买之前没有做好功课,这款锅泥膜铸造是有龟纹的,还可能有砂眼,印象中姥姥家那口铁锅是没有裂纹的,用了一辈子
我也是一直再找,这次买的是这种,我决定留下了

这个是有不粘锅涂层的,没在考虑范围内,炒青菜的大锅用铸铁锅,不锈钢锅都行,反正食物本身不粘
一直不明白有人说他们的不锈钢锅不粘,怎么做到的?我用all clad中火炒青菜每次都有黄色的油渍粘在锅上,必须用baking soda才能去掉,油渍粘在百洁布上也得扔掉,太麻烦了,上次zt搞糊了好不容易擦出来现在供在在柜子里了,别的不锈钢汤锅煮汤之前炒一下菜都没有这么脏
