you can ask the lactation consultant to help.  And pumping should help the milk to come in as well.  I still have some problem with latch-on, but my milk right now is enough for both my boys.  They started to eat up to 80 cc at one time now.

we think they are non-identical, but the doc said they could not really tell from the placentas.
