well it totally depend on how much your budget can be streched. Few years ago, i ever bought a house with 300 meter drive way, yes, it is not 300 feet. We have to use bicycle to pull trash can twice a week. So far, we glad we made right decision. If we declined the once in a life chance back then, we will never be able to afford a house or life like today.
