野生三文鱼100%感染了异尖线虫,
sushi grade的生鱼片必须在非常严格的条件下养殖才能保证没有虫。
当然也非常的贵。

不过异尖线虫也不是很可怕,因为进化环境不同(海生),不适宜寄生在人体内,
在人体内只能孵化成幼虫,不能发育成成虫,虫子2周后就会死掉,不会造成长期问题。
但是还是会有轻微腹痛等反应,有的人会过敏。能不吃还是不要吃。
淡水鱼里面的寄生虫感染人类的几率就很高。甚至海生鱼有淡水洄游习性的,也是比较危险的。

要杀虫,又要吃生鱼片,可以用冷冻法,零下20度24小时即可。

Yes, salmon in stores is farmed and normally, these fish would have white flesh instead of pink. Normally, farmed salmon are actually fed a chemical suppliment that contains astaxanthin. This chemical is what makes fish meat pink. The chemical exists in krill, which is the main diet of wild salmon. Most of the time, the chemical is made synthetically and added to the farmed food, but it can also come from shrimp flour and some forms of red yeast. This is part of a farmed fish's diet, and is not added after the fact.

Since you are buying this at a grocery store, it is probably safe to eat, but it will probably not taste anywhere near as good as real sushi grade fish. There is a risk with non-sushi grade fish that the raw fish will contain some parasites that are harmful to people. Most grocery store fish sold is previously frozen, and this kills the parasites, but if you buy fish from fishmongers that deal is fresh or ocean caught fish, these should not be eaten raw. Farmed fish usually has no problems.

Now, if you did happen to contract these parasites, they will make you a bit sick, but humans are not a good host, so they worms will die and pass through your system. The biggest risk is in the byproducts the parasites leave behind that cause allergic reactions in some people.

There are also a variety of bacteria that exist in fresh fish. While these will not cause as a severe problem as e-coli or salmonella, they will give you diarrhea. This bacteria is very uncommon in store bought fish, as it is stored and handled in a very controlled way

Sushi grade fish is specifically farmed and inspected so that is is ensured not to have any of these problems. However, it is much more expensive than what you'll find at Costco, but is specifically suited to raw consumption.

所以这就是个人选择。 还有那么多人吃河豚死的 吃什么都有危险 牛排有可能有疯牛病 生肉可能有弓形虫 等等等等
