求助-有费城的姐妹么？

马上要去费城了，着急找房中，真上火呀。学校off-campus-rental的站点列了一张地区的单子，不知道选哪个好。我有车，可以离学校（upenn)远一点,姐妹们有什么建议么？谢谢谢谢

Overbrook & Wynnefield ) (开车上学5-10迈,都是local traffic,20-40分钟,1bd apt 600-800,由于是suburb,条件比城里好些)
Center City, (房子比较贵,1bd apt 800-1200, 可以走路或坐车上学,离upenn10-20个block)
Art Museum, (比center city 离upenn远点,坐车上学,房子比center city便宜一点点,)
Society Hill Manayunk (suburb, 开车或做火车,30分钟左右)
Delaware County (同上)
Germantown, Mount Airy, (不太了解)
Chestnut Hill (同suburb)
Montgomery County
(includes Mainline) (same as othe suburb area)
North Philadelphia (比较乱,不建议)
Northeast Philadelphia (房价能找到很便宜的, 离upenn10-20个迈,开车上学的路正常上下班时间堵车)
South Philadelphia (乱)
Southwest Philadelphia (乱)
New Jersey (要过河,每天开车有3刀toll,其他跟费城suburb差不多)
费城公交虽然不比纽约,还是比较方便.
偶像要到费城来了啊！！！可西欧下个月就搬去三番了。
I recommend MainLine area. I think if you go to www.septa.com and check R5 line to Pioli/Thorndale, probably before Pioli stop is called mainline area. Generally, the closer the stop to Philly, the more expensive(but only to some extent).
Pr Really nice area, many Upenn falcuties live in that area; You can take R5 train to philly; You can save a lot on car insurance compared to Philly address; Very convenient. (very close to the famous King of Pressia mall)
Con: Relatively expensive. I think if you are looking at apt close to train station, one bed is around $700-$900. If you don't drive to the station a little, you can find some cheaper ones.
Also Upper Darby is another popular choice among Chinese students.
