You can simply turn one of your personal accounts into joint accoun by adding another person on it.

We have two joint accounts and each also has a personal account as well. Our debit cards are tight to our respective personal account as well as the joint accounts. All paychecks are deposited automatically into one of the joint accounts. You just need to set up the direct deposit with your HR.

以前开的旧账号加另个人名字，开新帐号写两个人名字呗。没什么流程吧。
