这个法官本身就是ANTI-TRUMP，而且完全做法不公正公布那些confidential资料，明显的倾向性。

为毛是conflict of interest? 他换法官的理由是conflict of interest，说他conflict of interest是因为法官是墨西哥裔。
那么问题来了，中国后裔的法官，是不是不能审理中国人的case?那以后中美贸易纠纷或者川普跟中国公司打官司，以后是不是就不能让中国后裔的法官审了？或者韩国后裔的呢？这两年中韩这么热火，韩国后裔的是不是也有conflict of interest?

觉得Trump应该直接指出这个法官的ANTI-TRUMP tie, 而不该叫他Mexican.
