OFF SETSHADOW CONVERTER makes any shadow into an eye liner. Transform the
latest seasons eye shadows into the hottest liner, or convert any of
your favourite eye shadows into into a matching eyeliner.


OFF SET: to convert a shadow into a liner, simply add a drop of OFF SET
onto the back of your hand, dip eye liner brush into the OFF SET and
then into the desired shadow colour, working brush back and forth to
coat, then simply apply a thin line onto your lid.
