IMHO, most of the sentences in the third category are black slangs, not really suitable for decent conversations.

well, if you are a native speaker or extremely fluent in english, it is alright, you can pick suitable occasion and no problem at all... but otherwise... it sounds funny.... i personally met those persons... and trust me, it does not sound good...

Most of them are not my style. I personally wouldn't say "Susan didn' t do no wrong, suckka!" or "the bus is jettin'"
