tons of places...
all the department stores have it...macy's, lord taylor, sears, jcpenny, you name it
discount stores have it sometimes...kohl's, marshall's, tjmaxx, ross...
home stores have it...home depot, lowes,
and small local stores...
way too many choices...
but cheap and pretty ones, very few ;-)

I saw some clothes store in some malls, if you have time and interest, maybe you can try to design your own curtains and make it by yourself too.

I think i would like to do it when I have more free time
