price: 820/month(after discount), i have put 160(deposit and application fee)
on this one.

这么便宜，哪个洲啊？BTW，虽然朝向都不理想，但第二个三面有窗，通风会好一点。不过如果只住半年，有个冬季，从节省能源的角度，也许第一个更好，反正也就住一阵就走了，小一点也无所谓。

我喜欢第一个。

the first one does not have enough pros to make giving up $160 not regretable

I like the first one better.

I like the #1, becaust there is a patio for the master bedroom.

Really depends on if you spend a lot of time at home, especially during the weekends. If you do, you may want to have a nice view and a lot of sun exposure, which is uplifting for your mood. However if you are super busy and spend most of your time in your office, you may want to live close to your office and not worry about the views.

Personally I don't care about the size of the rooms, you are not buying a house.
