睡前做仰卧起坐连续50个,不用开暖气了,但愿还能减点肥.[em00]
哇,不会吧,这么艰苦,快敢上红军过雪山了。坚持的住最好了,否则也没什么用
暖气嘛,能不开就不开.我家冬天最冷的时候卧室窗户也得开个小口,要不闷得慌

这个还是比较tough得

don't go so fast. add 5 every time until you can do 100 or more....
