真的不想节食, 从今天开始少吃或不不吃SNACK FOOD,DISSERT。
争取一周去GYM4-5次。每次1小时。

目标: 减15LB, TONING。

今天: AEROBICS AND BODY SCULPTING

The first 5 minutes is warming your body up to prevent injuries to joints. Then followed by a 30 minutes aerobics, comprising of jumping jecks, knees, step touches, great binds, etc. You have to jump to burn more calaroies. After that, using free weights to train upper body, biceps, triceps and back muscles. You have also to do different kinds of situps on a mat to tone upper and lower abs. The last part is relaxing.

I went to the gym again this evening. It's so hard to work out for two days in a roll. My god!

After putting myself on the trendmill for 1 hour, I ran 5.4 miles and burned 630 Calories. I should have gone training my muscles a little bit for a couple of minutes, but my legs were shaking when I stepped down the trendmill, a clear sign that I probably should go home directly.

I drank a lot of water and was totally soaked with sweat. Hopefully, I can still make it tommorrow at my favorite Step class.

这两天真是完蛋了, 没有任何锻炼,还猛吃了无数JUNK FOOD。 chocolate cream cake, pistachio, nuts, premium icecream, potato chips, chocolate prezels, cream cookies. 还作了几顿PASTA。

今天晚上, 要去GYM锻炼, 不然不能吃VALENTINE DINNERR。
