脚起泡是很常见的,从www.runnersworld.com转一篇给大家:
To prevent blisters, experts recommend:
Lubricate your feet. Just like sweaty skin, dry skin is also more prone to friction. Use skin creams and lotions liberally on a daily basis to maintain proper moisture.
Choose blister-free socks. Synthetic socks wick moisture away from the skin. Cotton may be lighter, but it retains fluid. Socks with reinforced heels and toes also help reduce friction.
Run with slick skin. Coat your feet with Vaseline or another lubricant before you run. Or use Second Skin, a padded tape that stays on even when wet. Both methods form a protective shield between your skin and sock.
Double up. Wear two pairs of socks so the friction occurs between the two socks, rather than between the sock and skin. If your shoe now feels too tight, go up a half-size as long as your foot doesn't slide around, making blisters a possibility.
Wear shoes and socks that fit. Shoes that are too small will cause blisters under the toes and on the ends of the toenails. There should be a thumbs width of space between the toes and end of the toe box. Your socks should fit smoothly, with no extra fabric at the toes or heels.
Tips from runners
Every runner has at least one anti-blister secret. Here are some suggestions shared by members of the Dead Runners Society, an Internet running group:
Wear your socks inside out, so the seams dont rub against your toes, says Karen Bingham (a.k.a. Penguin Spouse), of Murfreesboro, Tenn. I started doing this years ago and haven't had a blister since.
Geraldine Wales, an ultrarunner from Ardsley, Pa., swears by the advice of a male running friend. Lubricate the feet liberally, then--I am not kidding--put on a pair of ankle-length nylons, she says. Then put your regular running socks on over the nylons. It has worked for me for over three years. She advises large men to buy queen-size.
As a forefoot striker, I put a large pad on the balls of my feet during races, held by surgical tape along the edges, says Mats Allaskog, a 3:05 marathoner who lives in Stockholm, Sweden.
Sometimes I'll paste the little circular Curad bandages to areas of my feet prone to blistering and chafing, says Matt Sissman of Schenectady, N.Y., a veteran of 17 marathons.
Just wear a pair of black Orlon socks, says Daniel Wellner, of New York, N.Y. Thats what I wear, and I never get blisters. Of course, people may call you a nerd, but that shouldn't interfere with your running. (Orlon is a kind of acrylic fiber, of which there are many types and colors. Acrylic has been shown to keep the feet dry and blister-free.)
The night before he runs an ultra, Will Brown, of Raleigh, N.C., tapes, powders and creams his heels, the balls of his feet and his right big toe. First, he uses rubbing alcohol to clean his skin. Then he applies Cramer Tuff-Skin--a tape adherent, followed by Elastikon tape, making sure it doesn't wrinkle. Then I apply foot powder where there is Tuff-Skin residue, he says. He checks the tape in the morning to make sure it is secure, then slathers a balm-like veterinary product on his toes and the sides of his feet.
Finally, there are those who do nothing at all.
I've run seven marathons and an ultra, and have never had a blister, says Larry Schatz of Collegeville, Pa. My secret: live about a half-century and stay so active that your skin gets as tough as an old football.
