Jogging for 45min
warm up at 3.5-4MPH for 4 min
jog at 5MPH for 10min
jog at 5.5MPH for 15min
jog at 6MPH for 5min
jog at 5MPH for 7min
cool down at 3.5-4MPH for 4 min

Stretch for 10 min

我开始是连5min都跑不下来的
现在其实还是不怎么样,去看vivil的锻炼日记啊,那才是强
我要什么时候6MPH可以连续跑30min就满足了,可是实在不想push自己
