我只在公园跑步,因为我没加入什么健身俱乐部一类,所以受天气影响很大。
是公园里的道路吗?还是草地?
我一般都是在室内跑道跑,我也讲讲我的体会,希望能够抛砖引玉。
室内跑道最明显的一个优点就是不受天气条件的限制。此外室内温度恒定,那么完全用嘴呼吸也不会发生冷空气直接刺激肺部的情况。
室内跑道的另一个优点就是安全,一是经常有人在,不会发生在偏僻地方落单的状况;二是场地材质均匀,有专人管理,很少有积水,打滑等情况发生。室内跑道还能省鞋。
室内跑道长度固定,可以精确计算距离和速度。
室内跑道也有缺点:首先就是空气不够新鲜。另外,室内跑道一般都不长,如果老是同一方向绕圈两条腿会受力不匀;所以需要经常换换方向。
hehe,我的健身日记狂简单,隔天跑个6公里或者8公里加拉伸就完了。准备不久的将来加上力量训练。

你们怎么都这么牛啊,一天就跑6~8公里啊,那就差不多4 ~6 mile 乐,怎么坚持的下来啊?我跑到2埋多就已经快不行了。有什么经验没有介绍一下哈~~
循序渐进啊。保守一点的话,每周提高5%的距离,那么第15周就能翻番了。也就三个半月的时间呢。
I feel that running on the treadmill is much easier than running on the track. For me, I usually can run for one mile on the track and then I would like to give up. But on the treadmill, I have tried to run for 2 miles and didn't feel little tired, and I think the speed on the treadmill was faster than what I have on the track. Do you guys feel the same thing? Does it mean that running on the treadmill has less effect than running on the track?
Another question I have is that when I run on the track, my knees feel unconfortable for the first 2-300 meters. But they are fine for the rest running and after running. Does anyone have the same experience or know what is going on?

I have the same feeling about treadmill, and I know a lot of ppl have this feeling too. I think as far as you maintain the same heart rate, then the treadmill and track should be equally effective.
For the knee problem, maybe a slow warm up and some stretch before the regular running will help you.
